Contact

Send us the contract you keep re-reading.

Tell us which agreement type eats your week and which positions you always hold. We will come back with a written read on whether Clauseloom would help — including the cases where we think it would not.

  • A person replies within one business day
  • Nothing is uploaded before a DPA is signed
  • One reply, then silence unless you write back

Tell us about your review load

Fields marked are required. Please do not paste confidential clause text into this form — describe it instead, and we will set up a proper channel first.

We reply from a person at clauseloom.com, not a no-reply address.
Useful to us: the contract type you see most, the positions you never concede, how many people review, and what currently takes the longest.

Or write to hello@clauseloom.com — the same inbox reaches the same people.

This is a pre-launch form on a static page: submissions are routed to the founding team’s shared inbox and nowhere else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What happens after you send this

  1. Within one business day A written reply from one of the people building Clauseloom, not a scheduling link. If we are the wrong fit, that is what the reply will say.
  2. A 30-minute call, if you want one We ask about your clause families and your escalation rules. You ask how the model decides anything. Nothing is uploaded at this stage.
  3. Paperwork before documents Mutual NDA, our DPA, sub-processor list and the security questionnaire — all before a single agreement leaves your side.
  4. A sample review on your own paper We run one of your redlined agreements through, and walk you clause by clause through where it was right, where it was wrong, and why.

Other ways to reach us

  • hello@clauseloom.com General enquiries, pricing, and anything you would rather write in prose.
  • security@clauseloom.com Security questionnaires, our DPA, sub-processor list and retention terms. Also the address for responsible disclosure.
  • privacy@clauseloom.com Data subject requests, deletion, and anything about what we hold on you.

We are a small, remote team working across UK and EU hours. There is no phone queue, because there is no queue.

Worth having to hand

None of this is required to write to us — it just makes the first reply more useful than “let’s find time”.

  • The contract type you review most often, and roughly how many a month.
  • Two or three positions you never concede — the ones everyone on the team already knows.
  • Whether your redline history is in a shared drive, a CLM, or somebody’s mailbox.
  • Who signs off on tooling: legal, IT security, or both.

Being straight with you

Clauseloom has not launched. There is no self-serve signup behind this form, and we are onboarding a small founding cohort one team at a time.

Nothing on this site describes a customer we have, a result we have measured, or a claim we cannot support. When there are numbers worth publishing, they will appear with the method next to them.

Before you write

Three things people ask in the first email.

Can we trial it on a real contract?

Yes — that is the whole point of the founding cohort, and it happens after the NDA and DPA are signed. Bring a redlined agreement you have already negotiated, so you can check the review against what your team actually decided at the time.

Who is behind Clauseloom?

A small team building a contract review workspace with commercial lawyers advising on the playbook model. You will be talking to the people writing the software, and we would rather answer this on a call than write a leadership page for a product that has not shipped.

What if we already have a CLM?

Most teams we speak to do, and it usually stores contracts rather than reads them. Clauseloom is a review layer: your CLM keeps the repository and the workflow, and the review output leaves as a Word redline that fits back into it. Tell us which system you use and we will be honest about the overlap.

Founding cohort

Every clause, in context, before you sign.

If the form is more ceremony than you want, one line to hello@clauseloom.com reaches exactly the same people.

  • No sales sequence, no drip campaign
  • Your documents are never used to train shared models
